Question: How can our church utilize our tour most effectively?
Answer: While each church's situation and goals can be different, there are a few general concepts for effective usage. I will break down the concepts into categories:
Churches without a website
1. Add the link to your tour to all church business cards.
2. Produce a church calling card with a QR code (see this FAQ for an explanation of this) that links to your tour.
3. Add the text link or the QR code to church letterhead.
4. Get a facebook page for your church and link your tour to the page.
5. Create a facebook app to embed your tour in your facebook page.
Churches with a website
1. Add a link to your tour prominently on your website.
2. EMBED the tour into your website on the visitor's welcom page so that it plays every time a visitor arrives.
3. If your church has an active visitation program, print attractive cards containing the QR code link to your tour.
4. Provide the QR code cards to your members to distribute to friends, acquaintances, and prospects.
